Post Builders Clean

After the architects, installers, and builders have finished their work, the site is often left covered in dust and debris on every surface. Before the space is ready for use, a post-build clean, also known as a sparkle clean, is essential to remove this residue. At DTR Hygiene, we use non-abrasive chemicals and surface-sensitive materials to thoroughly clean the site. Dust tends to accumulate on surfaces, in crevices, beneath suspended ceiling sections, and anywhere it may be electrostatically attracted.

A post-build clean should be scheduled as close to the official handover as possible, ideally once all final touches have been completed, allowing time for any airborne dust to settle.

DTR Hygiene’s post-build clean will sanitise all surfaces, making them ready for immediate use. Upon completion, we will provide you with a full certificate of cleanliness.
